Maybe you can try writing it down? I feel better when I have a pen in my hand and a rough piece of paper, I start writing one pain that I'm feeling, and then describe another emotion and events that have cause it, until it's all out, and I've cried and I'm spent. And sometimes I share it with one person (my sister usually) so I feel someone has my back, just in case.
