TELEPATHY: considering that the Sacred Beasts used Mao to talk to the team, yeah, sure :3
SPECIAL/MAGICAL ITEMS: sure
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: Mao might not seem much of a challenge and in fact, Mao is not all that strong physically. BUT, he is a powerful magic user and, seriously you wouldn't want to get hit by his most powerful spells.
Because he's a user of Force of Flame, his spells and skills are mostly fire based. However, he can use two other elements as well: those are darkness and wind.
Another thing is that he can make himself stronger thanks to the skill called "Flame Enchant". After using it, Mao is more or less as strong as Veigue or Eugene.
On a side note Mao's weapon are tonfas. He's skilled with them, but he usually doesn't use them, since he focuses on casting spells most of the time.

ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: Pfff. Romance is a no, but he sure will want to have lots of friends.

-Eugene gave him the name "Mao". His true name is "Orselg"
*"Mao" means "cat" in Chinese
-At this point Mao does not accept himself, he often wonders about "who he is"
-He considers Sacred Beast Fenia his mother.
-He gets extremely annoyed if you call him a kid!
-He'll get even more annoyed if you treat him like a little kid, so be careful!
-He likes to sing and likes cute things
