I rarely shop with a list, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

That is neato! I'd probably walk around with it, days prior to shopping to help myself remember things...but since I am a freak i must have a physical list. It gives me a sense of control in a world full of chaos.

It prints out a list for you, organized by section of the store (e.g. frozen foods, produce, etc.).
