So, a "suspicious device" found at Sullivan Sq. station shut down the Orange Line and I-93 today. What was the suspicious device?

NB: I'm pretty sure it's a viral marketing campaign; that guy just swiped one off a bridge (if it was attached by magnets like the one that got detonated at Sullivan, that doesn't seem so difficult to do). There are a bunch of "packages" in other cities.
