I wanna forget all about Christmas, and the bills and go nuts at the yarn store. Being a grown up sucks.

Right now, breastfeeding sucks too. Since she's been sick, Ruth has been wanting to nurse more. Of course she can't sit still and eat... I think after breastfeeding a toddler I could withstand hours of Chinese water torture.

I agree about being a grown up. I want to shop too! I made the mistake of telling my not-a-crafty-bone-in-her-body mom that I was learning to crochet. Since then she sends me one random skein of yarn here and there. Nothing matches. It's so sad I don't have the heart to tell her. :( Yay for YARN!

Sorry. Been there, done that and you have my sympathy. They aren't ALWAYS wriggley, though. :) Makes you more thankful for the quiet moments, too. Or, something whimsical like that. ;)

It may be a pain most of the time, but nothing in the world is better than waking up to find her latched on and all curled into me. I love it!
