Also, it's advised to not whisper or talk below your normal tone. Just speak when you need to, naturally, and it'll be okay. Do what the doctors say.

That's during rehabilitation. For now, the doctor said don't talk at all, or mouth/whisper stuff so I don't aggravate it.
