Everything felt like it was rushing by Adam ever since he arrived in the city; it was only a week ago and now the entire population was getting out. Well, it was for good reason and Adam knew that the message was correct after seeing the mushroom cloud this morning.

"Damn, if I only knew where to go." the ranger mentally kicked himself just as his communicator started to speak. "What the-?" he looked to see someone sending a video feed about going to someplace called Dissimulo and where to meet. "..." Adam thought for only a second. "It's my best shot." he finally said and raced in the direction of the intersection.

[This was good, his message was heard. Heiji was contemplating whether or not to restate his message again a little later. They didn't have much time to work with.]

Yer headin' ta Dissimulo with us, right? [You're not familiar to him. So either you're someone he hasn't met yet, or you're new.]

Adam looked down at his communicator again and put it up to his face, hearing the person again. "Yeah, I just got here not too long ago so I'm really just gripping at straws here." he replied to him, now known as Hattori Heiji. Well, he didn't want to be rude so he had to introduce himself. "I'm Adam. Hopefully I'm heading in the right direction."

Spero and Dissimulo are currently th' safest routes. The third one is unknown, its existence hasn't even been verified. Ya gotta travel by boat ta reach Spero though.

[Noting.] Nice ta meet ya Adam. I'm in th' middle. Hard ta miss.

"Good thing I'm not going that way; I had a bad time with the last boat I was on." Adam replied, remembering how it actually blew up. When he neared the intersection, he noticed the man in position. "Over here!" he called to him and rushed over. "So who else is joining us?"

Boats usually have high mortality rates 'cause of weather conditions at sea. I'm not sure how bad they are here though.

[Heiji glanced at him.]

So far Conan, yerself, an' me.

"Or if they explode." the ranger added. "I hope everyone leaving will be ok." he looked over his shoulder to see if this Conan person was heading their way. Then again, he had no idea what he even looked like.

[Explode.] Never heard of a boat exploadin' before.

We don't have a map provided fer us ta our designated location, but if we keep Southeast it should be possible. I don't know if anyone has a compass or if they're provided.

But I know how ta make a sundial compass if necessary.

They do when torpedoes hit them. But since a bomb just hit not too long ago, Adam decided not to say anything. "I think the kits have a compass so we should be ok." he replied.

[Heiji didn't really anticipate a second bomb hitting at this moment, but that was possible too~!]

"Not long." the man replied. "About a week. Just when you think things couldn't get worse."

Causalities happen here all th' time. They're rather common. In th' 38 days I've been here, there hasn't been a moment where we've been safe.
