[Heiji would be walking instead of riding on a wagon. He had to make sure he could keep tabs on everything and everyone. That involved: going between wagons checking on everyone and overall observing the entire convoy. With a group this large, it was important everyone looked out for each other, and Heiji couldn't emphasize this enough.
At this moment he could be seen walking as he was texting Kresnik the list of people in his group. Just like he said he would.
Lucky for him sunburn wouldn't be his problem for this trip, as having usually dark skin, gratitude to his grandfather's genetics. Heiji wasn't prone to getting sunburn. He was aware they would be heavily exposed nevertheless and probably insisted people cover up.
He could be approached anytime during the Oregon Trail trip. Heiji was here to help and try and make this trip both easier and more successful.]
[He's looking over at Heiji now, azure, pircing eyes boring into the younger male from behind rimmed glasses, studying the human's face and expression. He has seen the man before, sure, they have been walking in the same group for a while, but he hasn't yet started to get a clearer impression of him, tried to hold off any judgement until after having talked to him in person. In this place, correct judgements are even harder to make than back home, because the context is changed and lacking.]
[Now that he thought about it, it could have been a strong possibility. Given that they're rather hostile from what he's been told, Heiji kept this in mind, but he didn't necessarily want this to spread. It was only an assumption, and there was no evidence to currently prove it.]
We might have ta investigate th' town ta confirm this, but it is a possibility.
[This was the first time that he had talked about this to someone, having pondered about it while walking and with nobody whom he would burden with his ponderings being in their group. But from what he had seen of the Japanese man, he was probably the best bet.

Projects fer what's known as "atomic bomb" or more commonly known as "nuclear bomb" started in th' summer of 1939 before th' second world war. At th' time it th' project fer this was addressed as "Th' Manhattan Project." By 1945 it's first real impact was when two bombs were dropped on Hiroshima an' Nagasaki durin' th' second world war. As most are aware, the attacks were devastin' because of th' damage they could unleash

[While they have no poisonous gas or anything like that yet where he is from, biological warfare has been around for thousands of years. And with the devastation that heiji describes, devastation that is caused be 1 single bomb, he has to wonder if this bomb has more than the obvious effects.]
Light radiation burns are common when one is within' th' range of the bomb. Fortunately an' unforunately most of th' deadly effects are in within th' city.
Most th' effects mentioned are th' deadly ones, an' th' ones we hafta worry about.
[Seifer had told him that Sweden was here too, along with the other four. However, to China, Sweden looked younger than he remembered... like Hungary.
China had been walking back and forth from the front to the rear, but he'd stop every few minutes so he wouldn't use up too much energy. He eyed Sweden for a moment. If memory served him right, they first met sometime during the 17th century, through trade. Still, he wasn't sure if this Sweden was from that time.] ...
[China. He had met the man back home, but not really to an extent where he would have gotten to know him. That had changed in Discedo, and then the Asian had left, along with almost his whole family - if he was back, did that mean that Hong Kong...
Sweden nodded as a greeting and waited if the other wanted to say something.]
Sweden. I have not seen you in awhile, aru. [Not since things started getting complicated with the years preceding the Great War and then the era of the Great War itself.]

I'm from a different year, 1937. I'm afraid I don't have any memories of this place, aru.
