"Ah, Cube-san!" He waved lightly to him before standing from where he was sitting on the deck. "Do you need assistance?"
Reply
Yes, it was a face mask and Cube pays it no attention and speaks right through it as he looks up and waves back with a smile. "No, but thank you. I'm simply sorting the information I have in regards to the other passengers. How are you fairing today, Gakupo-san?"

Cube was overly paranoid and too concerned for his own good, but he really didn't see it that way. He much rather be prepared than not. After all, he spent most of his life running into bad situations unprepared when trying to bail his mistresses out of trouble.

Nothing wrong in being over prepared!

Cube decides to put his device away and focus on speaking with Gakupo. It wasn't often he had a chance to relax. "There is a season where the rainbow butterflies travel and when they do they release a powder that, if you don't wear a mask, you're almost guaranteed to fall ill from."
Reply
And another new revelation appeared! Blue eyes widened in amazement. "Rainbow butterflies? Goodness, I'd love to see that! Is the powder they release also rainbow colored?"

Cube can't help but chuckle at Gakupo's reaction. "It's a very pretty sight, specially at night. Their wings shimmer int he moonlight and can be seen for miles." The demon shakes his head at the question. "No, the powder is actually yellow. My friend, Barizan-san, a heaven-made robot steward, was once thought to be infected with the powder but after Gaga-san, Chau-san, and I went to investigate, we found it wasn't the cause at all! So, I don't believe robots can get infected... or at least, not easily."
Reply
Yes, he remembered their conversation about robots from Cube's home world."So they are only marginally affected? Do you know how?" There was a lull in his barrage of questions. "Heaven makes robots?"

But he shakes the imagery off in favor of conversation. "Ah, the powder we came across didn't wish to mess with Barizan's inner workings and where actually trying to help! See, Miss Belbel somehow accidentally knocked his core off and that's what caused the malfunction."
He gives another nod, very happy to explain. "Heaven is known for their Superior technology. I think it may be due tot he fact the Celestials can not perform magic. Still, their technology is almost flawless and very difficult to match... at least, in our world. I've seen technology and things during my stay in this world that I personally believe is far greater than Heaven's... but one might wish to say that is simply my mazoku blood speaking." Cube chuckles.

"So..the powder has a mind of its own?"
That poor robot! He hoped it was able to get repaired!
"Ah, so Heaven is not actually Heaven, but a massive company with superior technology?" Gakupo hummed, crossing his arms. "It sounds very similar to the company that created me."

He was and everyone learned a valuable lesson to being a steward.
"No, Heaven is the capital of the Celestial world. The entire Celestial world depends on technology. They are a very precise race and leave very little room for error unlike the Demon world... w-which, I'm afraid, seems to rely more on chance and magic."
The little demon perks at hearing event he slightest about Gakupo's world. "What was the company like in your world? What was the place where you were born like?"
Reply
"The company that created me, INTERNET CO., mainly focused on music. It didn't have a grand influence on the world like Heaven did. I was created solely for musical entertainment purposes, but allowed to pursue a few personal projects on the side. Mostly to develop my character as they said."
Really, look how they designed him!
"INTERNET Co. is based in Japan, a country on a planet called Earth. It's quite isolated because its an archipelago, and somehow its culture evolved through outside influences while mixed in with its own traditional culture." Gakupo smiled at recalling his homeland, but it suddenly faded when he was reminded at the last conversation he had with Japan. He swept those thoughts away for another time. No time to be bitter. "I'm a bit biased when I say I believe Japan is truly a unique nation. Where else can you find traditional tea houses next door to an arcade? Or geisha using cellular phones?"
