It seemed like everyone had a lot on their minds lately. At least Japan had found a bit of comfort in calling Marco to chat when he felt so inclined, but recently that had become... Well. Marco would be on his way here. And he should sort some things out on his own, right?
He had been wondering about the prison camp for quite some time. Hearing a few things, missing a lot of details-- it seemed odd. So he had been planning on stepping inside on his own. But that strange feeling had caught him just outside, which is why he was just standing there, arms crossed and staring at the building as Seifer came down the road. This was silly, Discedo always played this game-- or maybe Fortuna as a whole...
He turned at the footsteps and blinked, moving to bow. "Ah... Seifer? Visiting again?"
He trails off as Seifer stops. It's just a couple of seconds with that look before Japan gets an expression that's like he just realized something, and he takes a step back. Startled...?
"Ah...--" Could he even explain this? Still can't call Marco. Staying with the others was just weird and quiet even with people there... He said he could spend time by himself, here, and then hesitated until Seifer...
He cut off his thoughts with a bow. "... Seifer is leaving now, isn't he?"
Trying to pass it off last minute as walking him to the door is totally sly yup.
He looked at Japan before looking up at the building. He guessed this was it. ...Heh. It'd been a good run. Last time for... anything, right? Might as well take things to their final point. In a rather uncharacteristic motion, or perhaps far too characteristic, he returned the bow. Flawless as always when he put the thought into anything.
"Thanks. Japan."
He didn't even look back as he walked back towards Dissimulo. This was the end of the line.
When Seifer bowed back, Japan stared. He didn't reply or speak or anything like that. He just watched as the other moved to leave, took a step back, then another... then brought a hand to his face and moved to walk back inside completely. He wasn't sure where he'd look, but... He had never been sure.

Continuing up until the entrance that was where he drew the line, stopping to look at Japan a bit expectantly.
