The ghosts have, by now, become completely visible. They can speak and be heard! The ghost commentlog will be going up soon. First, some business!

Oh, but that's not all. Anyone who attempts to fix the generator, or to use anything that involves electricity/motors/power/technology at all aside from the communicators, will find that these things don't work! And they won't until April 30th. (Robots and cyborgs are the only exception to this.)

LOCATION: scrawled across buildings and rowhouses all over town.
LOCATION: the front of the Gohl rowhouse.
LOCATION: buildings all over the commercial district.
LOCATION: the library.
LOCATION: the clinic at the hospital. Additionally in the HOSPITAL, any sinks, bathtubs, toilets, anything at all that holds water has, during the night, been painted(...?) with red splatters that look like blood. These red splatters also mark several hallways and old patient rooms throughout the hospital. Several of the graves in the graveyard have also been defaced with similar stick figures and hangmen.
