Summary: Lavos spawn attack the city!
the log: They could only be described as horrifying.
Lovecraftian beasts, eldritch abominations of nature. Their very being was wrong. For them to exist was wrong. To be here, in a palpable, solid dimension that only our five senses can detect... No. The only place these things belonged were in nightmares.
The hellspawn let out cries that felt like the very fabric of what we know as "sound" was tearing apart, as they headed towards the humans. To simply look at one for too long could make your retinas burn. They let off a stench like burning tar and brimstone. Offensive in every sense of the word.
They were driven by one of their only instincts; to feed.
As they slowly lurch towards their targets, their mother calls in the distance. Go forth, my children, and cause mayhem!
ooc: [Alright guys, there are seven (Four small, which can be beaten by an average joe with enough help and determination and three elder, which are much more powerful and should be handled carefully) Lavos spawn out there, ripe for a beating!
I've made a map of the locations here for your visual aid. I'll make a separate thread for each one, and you can throw your character in under them! And for your reference, here is a detailing of their abilities. "Death Peak" are small spawn and "Black Omen" are elder spawn.
The spawn can be npc'd by anyone, so feel free to do as you please in each thread! This includes damage to buildings, which can be reported here.
And no matter what you do, don't attack the shell. It will immediately counter-attack with a shower of flaming needles.
Your characters don't know that, though.
