Japan: Not Marco/Japan doujinshi. Aren't you lucky? It's almost as good though, because it's a sketchbook full of artwork of various people, lots of Japan and Marco, but others he's met while he's here. There's a note at the end that basically says 'thank you for everything' (and I may write this out at some point). It's in Chinese, because Hong Kong has to at least attempt to be a troll.
Marco:: You get the doujinshi! And a similar note, but yours is in Japanese. It's really best not to question these things.
China: Paper-cut artwork was left on his window. It includes the character for 'healing.' This was done anonymously, absolutely.
Luffy: You get food! I know it's just what you wanted, right? Yours is dumplings, yummy! There's also a card that has a drawing of Luffy and Sabo on it.
Sabo: Also some food, also a card with a similar drawing. Later on, he'll send your communicator a video message. It's him, filming the Hong Kong skyline that he drew on his wall with applicable commentary about different things.

ALL HIS ROOMIES: They EACH get pastries with bits of chocolate baked into them, hats, scarves and gloves, sketches of the French countryside and a few roses.
