Yes. I was planning on waiting until I'd saved up a little more money before doing so, but now seemed as good a time as any.

Well, the offer is open. If you want it in the future. I think next I'm going to leave a trail of candy up to our door and hope I can lure in more roommates. That house is way too huge for just me and Buffy.

It's...not because of Faith. I've been intending to find a smaller place in the city since I arrived here. I don't exactly have enhanced speed so living so far away from civilization isn't too convenient for me.

However, it is certainly best if Faith and I do not remain under the same roof. I won't argue that.

Why don't you two find a cozier place then?
