Last night, a vampire by the name of Marishka threatened to hunt and kill people. We captured her and are keeping her in a safe location, and I was going to contact you to hand her over if you thought that was best, but I seem to have hit a snag.

A Dr. Goldsmith contacted me to negotiate her release, suggesting that it was perfectly legal for her to hunt where she was. Is that true?

I can understand that it's best if everyone can survive here without fighting, and working out a system where vampires can receive blood from the hospital or butcher makes perfect sense to me. But allowing them to hunt people?

Please tell me that he was mistaken. I'd hate to think I've broken a law by keeping a demon from murdering someone.
