It'll be a BHO Browser Helper Object.

in IE, goto Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Manage Add-ons...
It should be in that list...

Otherwise look for a BHO removal tool such as BHO Cop

I don't think that's it either... it's not coming up on BHO captor or in the addons list... grrrr
