i just checked with the travel agent here - they don't do many flights to sth america, but i can get as far as mexico city if i go via ... LONDON. damn, i'm starting to get my hopes up now. never a good thing with this organisation. it'd be great to see mexico city again, too - 10 years ago i spent 7 weeks staying with a family there, i'd love to surprise them by just showing up at their place or something, if i could still find it. uhuh, expectations come before a fall, as they say. better save some spending money just in case, though.
