Yup another gym filled day today seems as a had a whole day to myself. Spent another two hours exercising away and watching day time telly with the subtitles...i love it :) definatly decided i will go swimming on friday money permitting. :) need to buy a swimming cap you see

It rained here for a solid hour. With a bit of thunder and lots of wind. My flat's on the second floor, and I swear the rain was blowing about so much you could see it coming up sometimes.

And then a few minutes ago the rain stopped, the gusts vanished, and it's all bright again. Neat. If baffling.

Well done on keeping with the gym. I'm annoyed with myself because I can't go today - I had to wait in today for a parcel during the day, and a friend is coming around in the evening. I might sit on my exercise bike for a while once he leaves to make myself feel better.

yeah it's the same here... mind you you only live in crosby dont you so it's not that far... i hate the weather at the moment... it's hot and rainy and cold and thundery all at the same time.. humpt.

I liek the gym now...i cant beleive i was so scared of going... someone calle dme fat on the way home tho... but soon i'll be buff and kill them with my sexualness... then they'll be sorry mwa ha ha
