Well i went the gym at 1.30 and jsut got bakc now... i went a bit mad. I did 40 minutes on the cross training, 40 on the bike, 40 on the rowing machine which was new and fun, 10 on the treadmill and 5 on the escalator thing (which i jsut couldn't handle). I did like 20 minute intervals thigs and just did it whilst watching neighbours, cash in the
