What does it take to get motivated to exercise?
It's not hard in of itself. The thing is; what does drive you?

My biggest problem is impatience and not knowing what the goal is. I'm used to results now! Changes now!When I do it I like it. But there's no means to an end. I have the means, but no goal for it to attain to ( Read more... )

well, what kind of exercise have you been considering? :)

don't overlook that exercise, in and of itself, CAN be the goal -
instead of results/changes, which are ego-based needs.

the goal can simply BE "i will exercise 30min a day" or "i want to be able to run 5 miles."

just cardio and strength, kimbs. i used to be quite the runner when i was in middle school. but then smoking and drugs happened. and boy, did they happen!!

i can totally see where you're at with the exercise itself being a goal, but for me, i see it more as part of the means to reach that goal. that goal within the goal.

let's skype one day. or viber.

...not sure what viber is, but i would love a skype sometime soon. (every so often, i do log on, but you're never there!!)

Viber is an app that uses data to send txt and pxt messages from your phone. Anywhere. It's so good to send pxt internationally.
As for Skype, I'll try and stay on as much as I can. I should always be online from my phone.
