What does it take to get motivated to exercise?
It's not hard in of itself. The thing is; what does drive you?
My biggest problem is impatience and not knowing what the goal is. I'm used to results now! Changes now!When I do it I like it. But there's no means to an end. I have the means, but no goal for it to attain to

well, what kind of exercise have you been considering? :)
don't overlook that exercise, in and of itself, CAN be the goal -
instead of results/changes, which are ego-based needs.
the goal can simply BE "i will exercise 30min a day" or "i want to be able to run 5 miles."

i can totally see where you're at with the exercise itself being a goal, but for me, i see it more as part of the means to reach that goal. that goal within the goal.
