She smiled as she walked into the restaurant.
1:15 he said. She smiled again at the thought of seeing him. It had been far too long since she had last seen him. Graduation probably.
She had known him for almost her entire life. From the hot summer days as kids, when they had eaten icecream while sitting on the sidewalk, to the first day of highschool. And to the last.
Time had passed. She was a lawyer now. He was a doctor. Infact, the only way she knew this was she had fallen down a flight of stairs at work, and was forced to go to the hospital to get it looked at. Only to find the one taking care of her was him. Like all the times before.
