That's a good point, your Viking cake was phenomenal. I'm a sucker for this smooth icing, though... I wish I knew how to make icing like that.

How did you attach the Viking horns, anyway?

With toothpicks - they were frozen.

The smooth icing is called royal icing - it has egg whites in it. You roll it out. Check out:
