Today was a good day with the exception that I didn't meet my quota. It's so frustrating having to be dependent on other people. Our gastric bypass support group meeting met tonight and had a really good meeting. I was hoping to get some new clothes, but no dice. It was wonderful to see everyone and irenes brought Liam. I babysit adults all day by doing Tech Support. They monitor the calls we close very closely and set unobtainable goals. The thing that really bites me is there's no quality control. Who cares if you closed 50 calls in a day. Without quality it's pointless. Ok, I'm getting off my soapbox and going to bed. I need a cocktail!!!
