Help I've fallen

This is going to be short & sweet. I fell out of bed 2 nights ago. Injured rt hand. Had it x-rayed - nothing broken. If I don't regain functioning of my hand in a couple of days, i'm going have to go to a hand specialist. makes work challenging. hope u are having a better day.

Hi, I don't know you either, but saw this post on the LJ "Random Posts" part of My LJ. I had to comment because this past October, I fell down some cement steps and totally screwed my left ankle up. I severely dislocated it, broke the ends of the tibia and fibula (the bony part on either side of your ankle). It required surgery, which was successful; and I'm going to physical therapy for the first time next week. So, please take care of yourself! Yeah, it's a setback, but I will walk again! Cheers!
