I have mild to moderate periodontal disease. Lots of people do. Bacteria gets under the gumline there & causes problems. If you go and get your teeth cleaned the traditional way, they can’t reach it. I went to Thailand for my dental holiday. Got my teeth fixed for a tenth of the price and had the best vacation of my life.

That is really a good idea. $20K would pay for a *lot* of travel expenses.

I figure the guy did me a favor. If it was going for $10K, I'd probably be sitting here trying to figure out how to finance it -- until I came to my senses anyway. At $20K, it's just laughable.

That's crazy. If it costs $20K to get new teeth in Asheville, what the hell does it cost in LA or NYC? Who the hell has that kind of money? Smooth move backing out of there. So did they do the laser and antibiotic treatment for you?

No, they want to do that in concert with the $9800 ceramics treatment & so I don't want to get into nickle & diming them. I'll just go to somebody in town I guess...or go to Thailand!
