.tutorial: pretending you paint stuff

This tutorial is the definition of "quick and dirty." Possibly it's the shortest tutorial I've ever written. I love your tutorials so verily. I haven't used photoshop in an age, and yet your tutorials always make me want to give it a go again. I think what I love most about your tutorials is how they make you want to experiment, however much or little. And with this one, though I love the paint effect, it didn't work out too well on the cap I was using this time around since it was too grainy (though it is still in there vaguely!), but I particularly loved the effect of using the pattern stamp stuff and different brushes - something I'd never done before in that way. I made this with it anyhow for my first experiment (not sure if you can tell I did use the tutorial on it anymore?? :o But I did! :o), but I hope it'll inspire more creations by me and others. Thanks again for sharing :)
