did you check that you have it set to burn audio rather than mp3 CDs? It's in the Advanced tab under Preferences -- click on the "Burning" options.

Other than that...I'm stupid.

also, totally unrelated to i-tunes, but just wanted to apologize for all the "job advice" I gave you. I found out literally the day after I posted to you that Phoneix was already in the process of hiring someone new, and that Bryce, the crazy blonde dude from Insomniac, in fact did not move to LA & is keeping his job there.

also totally unrelated...recently started reading Lolita, a decision partly influenced by your love of Pale Fire as posted on lj. This is the first of Nabakov that I've read...and omalksdlkg he is great!!!!!!

Ah, no problem about the job advice. I'm putting off the job search for a few weeks anyway now, but thanks for trying to help. And I'm thrilled that you're reading Nabokov! Lolita is indeed great.

some older cd players won't play burned cds no matter what.

yar..my stereo plays burned cds, but it won't play my itunes ones..it'll just say "data." I think I need to chance the settings like cordiloquy says. thanks for the tip, though (c:
