okay so, who's boss constantly (and I mean, EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY WORK) asks them if they are planning to leave? This may sound up myself but its not that she wants me to leave, actually, its the exact opposite. It's like shes so desperate to keep me because she knows if I leave, there will be noone at work to do all the budgeting, weekly reports
