When I turned 18 (in 1993) I thought it would be funny to run for mayor of Tacoma, where I live. Still being in high school with a 12" mohawk, I didn't get too far. But I did meet a colorful character that helped with my efforts.

I'm glad to see he's still around and gotten crazier.
