blimp? blimp!

I was looking out the window at work, and then from just up the street, I can see a blimp (relatively) shooting up in the air. I was fairly sure it wasn't some bizarre accident and that the lump beneath the blimp wasn't a person but probably equipment ... then I read the side of the blimp and I see it's a blimp pic blimp. I wonder how much that costs. I seriously would use them if I ever wanted to get cool photos of something...
