Went to the doctor about some recent chest attacks (terrible wheezing, tightness, hacking) I've suffered after normal exercise. She thinks it's allergies. I have an inhaler now and my first appointment for allergy testing tomorrow

While I fully support and applaud your efforts towards improving your health, in as non judgemental way as possible, should you someday find the path you are following not satisfying, I guess I would just like to suggest that there are other paths than scratch tests and chronic medication
