today i was at the dentist getting a filling whilst thinking of andrew and as i pictured him, a little lovenoise escaped my mouth: "%!" ...such that the dentist paused and asked if i was okay! & i am. i am okay.

yesterday he:- brought me glasses of water and medicines
- lay down on the floor with me while I sobbed in pain
- bundled me in towels as soon as I came out of the shower to minimize the pain of drying myself
