I've always known I was a little bit claustrophobic, but a couple weeks ago in Italy we were going to climb to the top of this really old tower, but I freaked out and couldn't do it. I'm having heart palpitations just by looking at your picture! I couldn't imagine experiencing it first hand. Kudos to you for getting at least twenty steps in!
