David Cook performs Chris Cornell's version of Billie Jean on American Idol.

When I saw Chris perform this live, I thought it sucked. But David gives me new appreciation for the arrangement and the note at 1:41 - 1:49 gives me chills. This guy blows Chris (and everyone else) out of the water.

He is amazing, isn't he? I've had to download the originals of most of the songs he's done so my daughter could appreciate how awesome his performances were! his version of "Hello" was just as cool. Definietely a front-runner this year.

I'm so with you on this Kelly. This guy is an amazing performer. He really should win. If anything, he'll definitely get a record label. He deserves it.
