one helpful hint: fat free cool whip kept in the freezer until served is a FANTASTIC addition to your sugarfree jello. that'll get that tiny cream craving out of your system too.
and DON'T... WHATEVER YOU DO... DON'T skip your snacks. skipping snacks just means that you'll be hungry when lunch or dinner come around and you'll eat more. the snacks are to keep your metabolism UP and if you skip them you're only hurting yourself. all a snack has to be is a handful of peanuts or a few cheese cubes (like at parties with the toothpicks) or even a spoonful of lowfat peanut butter. EAT THOSE SNACKS!!! and i'll get those recipes etc for you asap, i promise.
