Ah, Iruka-sensei, while I can certainly understand and somewhat sympathize with your difficulty in believing that what you're currently experiencing is real, I'm really going to have to ask you to just please take my word for it.

Uchiha Madara is in the city. We're down Sakura and Shikamaru; they seem to have returned back home, which is good for them but a little annoying for us. It'd be ideal if the both of you would refrain from speaking with Madara as much as you possibly can, and on that note, please refrain from setting him off in any possible way until I'm able to gauge whether or not he's currently a threat to us and those within this city.
There's a few other things, I'm sure, but I'm a little forgetful --
