Tell Me None of Your Longings {I Don't Need Them or You}

The gypsy boy is beautiful. Beautiful and fierce. A wild thing with flashing green eyes, snarling and snapping like a fox caught in a hunter's snare when he is brought before the Minister. The guards take him away, chain him up, leaving him in a cell to howl and hammer at the stone walls until he is exhausted.

Claude Frollo finds himself drawn to the boy, drawn to the dungeons after midnight. He stands over the prisoner, watching in rapt silence as the boy twists and moans against his bonds, fighting even now, in his sleep. Emilio is untamed by man and untouched by time, his dusky skin gleaming in the dim candlelight. His vivid eyes flicker open, hazy and unseeing beneath dark lashes, sending a bolt of lust through the Minister's loins.

Tell Me None of Your Longings {I Don't Need Them or You}

"What are you doing here?" Emilio's voice quavers, despite the fire in his eyes.

He fears me. That is good, Frollo thinks, smirking.

"I have come to hear you confess."

"I've done nothing," Emilio growls, raising his head like a prince, teeth clenched and jaw squared for battle.

"You are charged with thievery and vagrancy, disturbing the peace, and making a wanton spectacle of yourself at the Festival of Fools."

"I am innocent."

"You are guilty," Frollo intones. He moves closer, feasting greedily upon the boy's defiance and fear. Lord, he is so beautiful. Why did he have to be so beautiful? Beneath the torn fabric of his tunic, Emilio's sculptured torso is exposed for Frollo's delight. He is toned and sinewy, muscles quivering and rippling, hitching with each ragged breath. His body is smooth, hairless but for a light dusting of black curls upon his chest, intriguing and inviting. He is an angel, Gabriel carved in marble, chiselled by the hand of God ( ... )

Another marvellous fic. The homosexuality ties in very well to Frollo's repression.
