Emperor's New Groove/Hunckback of Notre Dame Crossover, Clopin/Kuzco

So for whatever reason Kuzco is in Paris, maybe it's a get away from being an emperor(because he hasnt been told to go to school yet) or he's bored and wants to see something different, and he ends up at the festival of fools. Kuzco and his guards, dressed as they are, attract the attention of Clopin. This leads to shenanigans and fluff occuring and Clopin being all "I am technically a King!" And Kuzco is all "Nice to know, I'm actually an Emperor".

Doesn't have to be smut but even teasing would be appreciated.
