A villain with mind control powers, like Kaa from the Jungle Book, has the perfect method for escaping from the intrepid duo of Officers Hopps and Wilde.

"Eat the Bunny."

.... Cunnilingus wasn't exactly what they meant...

How would she consent, exactly? She wants to arrest the villain, not have sex.

i think anon meant the villian commands nick to "eat the bunny", and he HAS to do it, but asks judy to do so.

Maybe villian wants to watch it actually happen and croon at how judy's gon be dead, but gets really confused when nicks asks nicely. They can't stop watching.
