Good news! I've done all the hard work of writing the title and the summary for this prompt (though you don't have to use them if you don't want) so all we need now is the actual story.
"Somebody's Got to Do ItSomehow, when she had been a little bunny dreaming about making the world a better place, Judy had skipped straight from being top of her class at the Academy - which she had been, thank you very much - to being the star detective of the ZPD, a hero taking out bad guys left and right. Completely glossing over the part where she was a rookie stuck with all the parking duty, the coffee runs, and the paperwork, sweet Peter Cottontail was there a lot of paperwork. She'd also never imagined a con man fox who hadn't quite done anything technically illegal yet, and seemed to pop up everywhere. (She was starting to suspect he was doing it on purpose ( ... )
