Zootopia: Movie!Judy in the shock-collar AU (Maybe spoilers)

Maybe it's a dream, maybe it's magic. Somehow, the Judy from the movie ends up in the shock-collar AU. She tries to find Nick -- who of course is very distrustful, and maybe even terrified, of a prey cop trying to talk to him. (They say the shock-collars they give to people who've been arrested are even more brutal...) Cue lots of confusion and misunderstandings as they try to figure out how to get Judy back to her own world. Alternately, Judy, who believes in equal rights above everything, and can't see an AU version of her best friend suffer, decides to help kick-start a revolution.

Whether Judy and Nick are friends or in love is up to you: I like both.
Bonus points if movie!Judy is 'replacing' a shock-collar!Judy, who was known as a terrifying, racist hard-ass, and it makes everyone even more confused about her sudden change of heart.
