Disney-wide Airship Pirate AU, in a Treasure Planet-esque colonial period where big wooden ships, complete with masts and sails, travel the galaxy. Everyone dresses the same way they do in their particular film's canon- there are language barriers- there are cultural barriers- and there's a stolen ship with a motley crew trying to find safe port somewhere in the skies.
Bonus if, as according to their particular film canon, someone can't sail because they've never sailed before in their life. Bonus if the first time someone steals, everyone else on deck is disgusted. Bonus if the crew eventually bands together into a truly epic pirateship.

Not one in particular- just Disney-wide. I keep picturing Mulan getting an idea in the middle of a battle and trying frantically to explain her plan to Prince Eric even though he speaks no Chinese and she knows about three words in English.
Or Esmeralda nearly getting flattened by a falling crate, so runs up into the riggings to curse somebody out, jumping up and down and screaming in rage because she knows nobody understands a word she's saying.

I think I'm going to try to fill this. There's just one issue. So far my plan is pretty epic in terms of length. It involves at the very least five parts of at minimum 1,000 words each, so I have no idea how long it is going to take to complete it. So... be patient anon?
