Basil has no need for romance, but does have -other- needs. And what better place to take care of them than an old fashioned Victorian whorehouse (under disguise of course). And is filled with shame and self-loathing afterwards. Bonus points for having him enjoying being slightly dominated/spanked. Feel free to make as explicit as you like.

Heya,

So I'm doing three responses to this (all Basil/Ratigan, so sorry if that's really not your jam?). I've posted the first one, and, again, sorry b/c it's the one that strays furthest from this prompt, the other two are much more in-line.
