"Am I really that fat?"
It turns out one of the reasons Buzz was so shy around Jessie was because he couldn't get over how fat he looked back at Al's Toy Barn. He felt self-conscious that she wouldn't like him because of his weight. She finds out (somehow) post-TS3 and is like, "What even?" and proceeds to reassure him how ridiculous he was being and that she loves him exactly how he was designed. Bonus points if she's siginficantly miffed that he wasted all that time over something so ludicrous as vanity and he argues with her that it didn't seem ludicrous to him and that he wasn't trying to be vain and so on.

But Jessie was just looking astonished. "Buzz..." she said softly, then her voice raised until he winced slightly and hoped that the windows were not open. "What the heck's got you thinking like that?"
He almost went to answer, tell her about seeing his own form for the first time shortly before meeting her, and then being made acutely aware as she joined Andy's group that it wasn't just Barbie and Ken who were made slim and light, but Woody and Jessie and indeed most of the other human-looking toys. But he gritted his jaw, shook his head. "I should not have said anything. Do not concern yourself with the matter. Perhaps we should return to the house

Reading "You find humour in the difference between the gracility of your form and the robust nature of mine?" made me happy.
