Toy Story 3 AU (dark. maybe slash)guiltyhousewifeApril 10 2011, 19:03:10 UTC
So I couldn't help thinking, as I rewated Toy Story 3 today, that the modern equivalent of Sunnyside would be a whorehouse.
Lemme explain.
When Lotso says, "You think you're special?!? You're a piece of plastic. Made to be thrown away."
That could just as easily be. "You think you're special?!? You're a whore. Made to be used."
And when Lotso said, "Now we need toys in our caterpillar room, and you need to avoid that truck. Why don't you come on back and rejoin our family?"
Translates (in my weird mind) "Now we need workers in our brother, and you need to avoid jail/death."
Summary: Set where the toys are human, and Lotso is a corrupt, manipulative bully-boss of a whorehouse. The gang goes there, thinking it's a safehouse/homeless shelter after Andy leaves them, but they learn the dark truth and try to rebel against it.

Actually saw a prompt like that but it got deleted.
Barbie is sent to the Sunnyside Asylum by her wicked stepmother and is set to have a lobotomy in five days. While she's there, she meets up with Bo, Jessie, Female!Woody and Female!Buzz, and plots her escape by stealing five items. Two things stand in her way: Her love-hate relationship with one of the orderlies, Ken, and her elaborate fantasies where she imagines dark and twisted versions of other Pixar movies.
Bonus points for crack, Les Yay, and stylistically conveying alternately sped up and slowed down motion.

You know that Southern accent is evil.
