Clopin gets caught masturbating in some semi-public space by Frollo. Not wanting to get arrested, he thinks as quickly as he can and puts on a show for Frollo, being as vocal and as obvious as he can without attracting more attention.
Bonus points: -it starts off as a way to disgust Frollo so much that Clopin won't get arrested, but then Clopin starts enjoying it. -Clopin looks straight at Frollo when he comes (and/or says his name/title). -Frollo watching in horrified fascination, unable to just turn around and drink some brain bleach.

Well, okay, maybe not quite that far. But still. It's the spirit of the thing.
