Supposedly, in the original Snow White Fairytale, the evil step-mother is tortured by Snow White, who invites her to the wedding where she forces her to wear red-hot shoes and dance until it killed her. The Prince really doesn't know all that much about Snow White. His limited interaction with her couldn't have been the strongest foundation for a marriage. So when he watches his blushing bride slowly torture a woman who was, flawed as she may be, essentially her mother to death, he reconsiders his, "Marry this hot chick based solely on how damn hot she is" plan.
Title: Fairest Fandom: Disney: Snow White and the Seven Dwarves Rating: PG-13 Warnings: Torture Summary: He did not understand, at first, that what he thought was love was in fact hate.

Oh WOW, at first with your summary I thought this was going to be quite different from the prompt in that the prince already disliked her, but no and WOW AGAIN it was a great fill. By the way, what did those flowers mean?
Hmm, looking back, it's not the best summary ever created by man, is it? Sorry about that.
I'm really glad that you enjoyed the fill, though! It was interesting to write, I'll say that. As for the flowers, lavender is mistrust; marigolds are cruelty; and aspen is lamentation. Impatiens really is for impatience, though.
