"I've seen hundreds of new worlds, Thomas. What could be possibly different about this one?" The other "new worlds" John has been to are the universes of other Disney movies.

Added to that, OP, if there any pairings you require please let me know! Otherwise, are you okay with him seducing various characters from other movies?John placed one hand across the rough, cool brickwork that formed one wall of the alleyway, eyes trained ahead to seek out the dark shape that moved amongst the shadows ahead of him. He barely noticed as the sweat cooled on his body, nor did he register the fading voices and footsteps from the street he had just left until they had completely vanished, leaving him in silence but for an ominous dripping of a leaking gutter and the steady echoing of his own footsteps

I'm messing with so much canon here...
John leaned backwards in his chair, one leg crossed over the other. He was surprised at how easily he had been read; did he really have the look of a bored simpleton? Was his dissastisfaction with the world so obvious? "Now that you mention it..." he spoke casually, voice tripping over his usual jovial laughter. "But unless you've got the money for a world-round trip I hardly think-"

There's still scope for Tiana to enter the fray later on, don't worry! I have too much fun writing the PatF characters to just leave it at that. ;) I'm glad you're enjoying it so far!
I'm so excited that you decided to fill this. You've done such a wonderful job already, and it's already so interesting! I am all for the pimping out of John Smith. If you could get Mulan or Hercules in there as far as possible locations go, that would be even better. Thanks so much for filling!
Excellent, I can totally work with those requests! :D And I'm really pleased that you like it so far! Thanks for the awesome prompt, I'm having a lot of fun with it.

For some reason, the first one that came to mind? Treasure Planet.
So... um is John like a Time Lord, given that Pocahontas takes place in 1607 and the others are in various time periods and stuff?
Someone needs to do this.
