Little Mermaid/Hercules Crossover anonymous July 31 2011, 17:38:43 UTC
There is no Paris in this universe, so when the debacle goes down, it is Hercules who must choose between Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite. Hera offered him power, Athena offered him wisdom, and Aphrodite offered him the love of the world's most beautiful woman. He knew that power was dangerous, and that wisdom that you did not earn yourself was even more so. So of course, he chooses the love of the world's most beautiful woman. After all, he already has that. As sweet as his opinion of Meg is, she isn't what Aphrodite would consider the most beautiful woman in the world. That title belongs to the Queen of a neighbouring land, Ariel. Now Hercules has a former mermaid who won't take no for an answer, a cuckolded Eric who is on the verge of waging war, and Meg, who is less than pleased with her husband's obsessive groupie.

he was just divine. as soon as she saw him it didn't matter that she had a husband (oh, but he was lovely too), nothing mattered at all but him.

he laughed, sort of, and scratched the back of his head. "i'm really flattered, um, ariel, but really there's been a big mistake--"

"this is no mistake, hercules." she threw herself onto his big, beautiful chest, pressing her cheek against the cool metal of his armour. she smiled. "this is love."

the other woman, her name didn't matter, scoffed. she had a horrible attitude, always crossing her arms and sneering and throwing her hair around. ariel saw her say something to her husband, who was lovely and a king, and eric responded, "this is ridiculous," with his eyebrows angry ( ... )
