Any Disney Princess slowly turning to the dark side and becoming far worse than the original villain ever was. I'd like the way they change to mirror the villain of the original film - Cinderella becomes an abusive mother or stepmother, Snow White is consumed with vanity to match that of her stepmother, Aurora becomes a terrifying mistress of the black arts, Tiana becomes a...whatever the female version of a bokor is, you get the picture. I'd like to see the way that plays out. Please?

A/N: So, I hope I went dark enough with this one, but there were just some things about Jasmine that I couldn't shake. Also, some femslash snuck in there, because lesbians.

Jasmine is married the night before her sixteenth birthday. She wears red silk embroidered with gold thread, and the smell of rose attar wreathes the air around her. Trapped by this ridiculous law and with the esteemed nobles of the Seven Deserts watching, she is given to Jafar like a gift wrapped in fine packaging, and the lust and smugness in his eyes drives anger to coil in her like a snake

It takes her many months to find the lamp, even with her power growing. In the time, she reaches out and starts to pick away at how Jafar has bound the guards to him; she teaches Saniyyah to hide herself from view, and she learns every hidden inch of the palace

I'm surprised this has no comments yet after being up for a few months because it is gorgeous. It's too bad she didn't actually punish Jafar more like he deserved but still very nice. Love the idea of Jasmine learning magic too. So yep, totally love this.

Oh, thank you so much! Looking back, I do sort of wish I'd been rougher on Jafar, but I suppose that at least he won't have any knowledge of magic any more. That has to be a good thing.
